Which countries do you ship to?
Currently, we ship within the Australia only. We are actively considering expanding to more regions in the future.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within the Australia is completely free — no hidden fees.

How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before 10:00 AM (GMT) are prioritized.

When will I receive my order?
You can expect your order to arrive within 4–7 business days from the date of purchase.
Shipping is handled by Post.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and courier details.
You can track your order directly through our website’s tracking portal.

What should I do if my package is missing an item?
